Visconti is proud to announce the launch of the new Homo Sapiens Iris Garden inspired by the Iris Garden in Florence, Italy. This collection is a tribute to the beauty and elegance of the irises that bloom between the end of April and the end of May in the historic Florentine garden.
The iris is not only a symbol of Florence, but also of its rich history and culture. The lily was adapted as the emblem of the city in the 11th century, when it was used to decorate the banners and shields of the Florentine soldiers.
