We have the distinction of partnering with iconic fine writing brand, Visconti from Florence, Italy as well as the global luxury brand, S.T. Dupont from Paris, France. Each member of the Coles of London team is passionate about luxury products and takes the greatest care in delivering the best customer experience in the industry.

The Coles of London team attend specialist shows all over the USA where we engage and interact with like-minded enthusiasts. We also exhibit at major US trade shows including the Premium Cigar Association Show, Couture and multiple shows across the country dedicated to writing instruments.

• Customer Service team: Our dedicated in-house customer service team offer all customers exceptional service and care.

• Sales team: Our specialist sales team offer unrivaled knowledge and experience of the industries we supply. Focus is given to nurturing and building relationships and business with current customers and identifying and working with exceptional retail partners. Our sales team is regarded by many as the most professional in the industry.

 

Mark Cole: Owner and founder. Born in London, England, Mark was a qualified Chartered Accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mark is passionate about the fine writing industry and has over 20 years of experience in the industry. In 2006 he moved to the USA to open Coles of London. To this day, Coles of London is regarded as the premier distributor of luxury products in the USA.

 

Michael Hujara: Chief Operating Officer. Born in Pforzheim, Germany, Michael has over 20 years' experience in the fine writing and jewelry industries. Michael has enormous knowledge and passion for fine writing instruments and widespread contacts throughout the industry.

Les Mann: VP Sales Art of Fire. With over 20 years of experience in the cigar accessory channel, Les is known throughout the industry for his passion, dedication and commitment to the S.T. Dupont brand.  Through his vision and understanding of the luxury segment, he and our team continue to position S.T. Dupont as the ultimate accessory available to the trade.  Les has also developed and marketed strategic and successful co-branding partnerships which mirror the quality, design and heritage of the S.T. Dupont brand, benefiting our retail partners and consumers around the globe.
